Josh founded Sterling Grace Technologies as a full service Managed IT and Software/Web Development firm in 2009. His passion is in bringing progressive technology solutions to Ontario businesses, helping solve the challenges that keep them from scaling and reaching their full potential. In his spare time you’ll find him wailing on a guitar or surfing splash pads with his wife, son and three daughters.

Shawna Zegarra

Administrative Assistant

Shawna is the founder of Zeda Virtual Assistants and has several years of experience as a department coordinator, project manager and social media specialist. Her passion lies with helping people who are helping others. Just like SGT! With the Sterling Grace team, she provides operations and administrative support to help make sure the organization runs smoothly. When she’s not championing Google Drive organization or project management, in her spare time, she’s an avid video gamer and loves the outdoors.

Josh is a technology enthusiast with over eight years of experience in the IT industry.  He’s passionate about helping others understand and overcome their tech difficulties, even when they feel like throwing their computers out a window!  When he’s not troubleshooting tech issues, he enjoys reading, working out his creative muscles through writing, or his physical muscles at the gym, and hiking.
